5 Reasons Why Casa Pecados is a Unique Tequila!

Reason #1: Its Intense Agave Flavor
In the region of Amatitan, state of Jalisco in Mexico, the most experienced and traditional agave producers take good care of each one of our plants, which are later selected to elaborate Casa Pecados. We consider and respect the time it takes for an agave to mature naturally. No shortcuts, no hurries, 7 years to reach perfection. The properties of this rich red soil, caressed by the Sun, give us the most beautiful and juicy agaves from the "Azul Tequilana Weber" variety, the one and only protected by Appellation of Origin, which gives our flavor identity and is reflected in each of our bottles. PATIENCE is what it takes for the main ingredient of our exceptional Tequila.

Reason #2: The Strict Artisanal Process
Stone: The juices and syrups we get from the stone oven, are an integral part of the slow cooking process. The sweet notes of the roasted agave can be savored in each sip of Casa Pecados.
Spring Water: The crown jewel. The spring water, which is used throughout the process, comes from the unique waterholes of the Tequila region.
Wood: Fermentation of the juices in open wooden tubs, allows natural wild yeasts to interact with the syrups, while keeping temperature disruption to the minimum.
Copper: The distillation takes place in a copper still. This process polishes and opens a colorful palette of aromas and tasting notes that makes Casa Pecados Tequila a perfect pairing between the agave and the alcohol from the fermentation.

Reason #3: We Prioritize Essence and Flavor
This is why we only produce the 3 varieties of Tequila, to preserve it nd enhance it.

Reason #4: We Are Single Estate
AO: Appellation of Origin; Guarantees the agave harvest is from a certified region
