Blue Rook Cane Spirits Cachca 750ml
Product Description
Manufacturer's Notes: Cachaca is a uniquely Brazillian style of rum that can only be crafted from pure, unprocessed sugarcane -- creating a refreshinig spirit with an unmistakably floral bouquet & smooth finish.
By comparison, most rums are distilled from molasses -- the vicsous byproduct of industrial sugar production -- with no universal standards to ensure their quality.
BlueRook's award-winning Cachaca is crafted from the finest hand-harvested sugarcane grown on a private estate within a Brazillian nature preserve.
Freshly pressed cane nectar is double pot-distilled & cut with sustainably sourced, naturally demineralized water from a private spring in the Southern Serra do Mar Mountains.
Rested for 6 months & bottled by hand in Kentucky, BlueRook Cachaca can be enjoyed neat, in a caipirinha, or any other cocktail waiting for a sophisticated reinvention.
The Legend: The Blue Rook of the Brazilian Folklore has long been admired for it selfless generosity.
Each year, this cunning & clever bird covers endless acres of pine gathering seeds for food. Instead of keeping all of them, the blue rook choses to plant many of these seeds, knowing they will foster new life & replenish the forests it calls home.
This idea - that discovery & abundance should be shared - serves as the core principle of Bluerook cane spirits.
Our Story: BlueRook Cane Spirits is guided by the beauty discovered at the intersection of cultures & their native craft spirits. Founded by two families -- one from Brazil, the other from Kentucky -- BlueRook honors these two cultures by nurturing the rich traditions that have shaped the unique spirits they create.
The result is an imaginative portfolio of award-winning small batch spirits made from the finest Brazillian sugarcane & crafted by hand at BlueRook's family-owned microdistillery in the heart of Kentucky's bluegrass region.
