The warm days, breezy afternoons and cool nights of Monterey County allows the grapes to mature slowly, intensifying the delicate flavors. The wine is an elegant expression of this special cool climate region, producing ripe aromas of black cherry, vanilla and hints of spice folowed by cherry, jammy berry and black tea-infused flavors. Its texture is silky smooth and finishes very soft and delicate.
