Manufacturer's Notes: A Legacy of Craft. A masterfully crafted clear rum distilled using single-source molasses from wholey-owned family plantations in Queensland. Matured in ex-brandy vats, the refined rum is finished in vintage Kauri barrels hand made in 1917 by a now long-gone master cooper. His legacy and love of craft lives on in these old barrels however as like their maker they have a very unique character, smooth and subtle, and impart a little of this to each and every drop.
