Manufacturer's Notes: Secateurs are the pruning shears that shape the vines - a tribute to the workers who are already crafting the wine during the cold winters of the Cape. This wine is made by the Badenhost Family who have been producing quality wines for three generations in South Africa. The grapes were hand-harvested from the selected old bush vineyards on granite slopes. In the cellar traditional winemaking methods are followed with natural fermentation in old casks and concrete vats. The detail result with fine complexity and a unique character.
