2021 Cooper & Thief Cellarmasters Brandy Barrel Aged Pinot Noir 750ml

Manufacturer's Notes: To produce a complex, smooth and rounded wine we stashed select lots of our Pinot Noir in Brandy barrels. 

Some winemaking traditions were meant to be broken. That's why our lush & jammy Pinot Noir is blended with select lots aged in Brandy casks. And when we cracked those barrels open after 3 months, let's just say we knew pretty quickly that we were on to something good. 

Cooper & Thief is a lush wine with cherry, caramel and baking spice notes that finished with a smooth mouth feel.
