Rich and mature with a HONEY SWEETNESS, delicious hints of CHOCOLATE AND CHERRIES, and subtle notes of AROMATIC PEAT SMOKE, it's a Single Malt Scotch Whisky that truly stands apart. How do we create this intense balance of flavours? A good question. For over 200 years, our FIVE TRADITIONAL KEYSTONES OF PRODUCTION HAVE REMAINED UNCHANGED:

 - Aromatic Peat -- slow burning and treeless from Hobbister Moor
 - Hand Turned Floor Maltings
 - Sherry Seasoned Oak Casks for rich flavour and natural colour
 - Cool Maturation on Orkney, off the North coast of Scotland
 - Haromonising up to 120 Single Casks, aged for 18 years or longer, in each batch
