Their artisanal distillery (or "palenque" in Spanish) is family owned and operated in their village in the state of Oaxaca. Flor and Jorge help support their community with employment and reinvestment, as well as the environment and sustainable cultivation and eco-conscious practices including an extensive maguey replanting program. They also use traditional methods of production whenever possible and source local material for all aspects of the community and helps sustain the balance of nature.
