Manufacturer's Notes: Our reserved black strap rum is made with fair trade sugar cane from Paraguay. That is massive in aromas. Yet balanced with an impressively  sweet finish.
Tasting notes:It is rich and opulent to the nose with hints of dark molasses, anise star, licorice, coffee, leather, and cedar in all of its delicacy. The mouth Feel is sweet with a little bitterness that drives the long acidity of layers upon layers of molasses, a clear burn that has a sweet finish that lasts forever.
