Cab Franc Barrel Finish. Our 100% rye whiskey is carefully aged for more than five years and then rested an additional nine months in Cabernet Franc casks from artisan  Northern Michigan winery. Because of this unique distillation process. The whiskey exhibits expressive hints of caramel and pear.
