Manufacturer's Notes: Born in a distillery built in 1952 on the southern tip of the Japanese Islands of Okinawa, this whiskey is distilled once in a traditional Japanese stainless steel pot stills before getting some beauty rest in Spanish Sherry Cask for a minimum of 18 years.

Expertly crafted from special Indica Rice and Okinawan black koji, the purity and simplicity of the ingredients and the process eliminate the need for a second distillation.

With notes of milk chocolate instantly opening on the nose, followed by a soft cereal note and caramelized walnuts, this whiskey lingers perfectly on the palate and is met with a finish of sweet oak notes and nuttiness.
