This Australian Rum has been extra matured in American Oak casks for several months in the cellars at Chateau de Bruil. The time in ex-Bourbon barrels add layers of oak and vanilla while the rum exhibits a floral nose with notes of licorice, honey, cacao and fresh pepper. A full bodied rum with silky tannins.
