Manufacturer's Notes: This unusual single grain Scotch whisky is from one of Scotland's most historic closed distilleries. Set beside the Forth and Clyde Canal on a hill overlooking the vibrant city of Glasgow, Port Dundas was a prominent local landmark for two centuries; fortunately, remaining stocks still allow us a glimpse of the glorious past.

This 12 year old single grain Scotch whisky, aged in American Oak Casks, is a different from traditional Scotch whiskies. It is fresh, sweet and wonderfully light on its feet. Fruity ripe banana and crisp green apples lead the spicy-sweet nose into honeyed, buttery rum toffee, while a light, creamy-smooth texture that embraces vanilla-rich flavors of cereal bar and chocolate dominates the almost effervescent palate, leaving a clean, nutty and warming finish.
