Sourced from the orchards along the Gulf Coast of Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, Persian limes yield a floral aroma reminiscent of fresh lilacs. We distill these fragrant limes in an Eau de Vie still, adding a touch of cane sugar and house-made lactic acid to lend this cordial its intensely tart finish. We proudly craft all our spirits with real fruit. Because we never use artificial preservatives, the natural limes in this liqueur will eventually oxidize. As such, we recommend enjoying this bottle within 120 days of opening, or up to 240 days if refrigerated.
