Aged at Sea - The Tour de Monde

Centuries ago, it was discovered that Cognac improved dramatically during its long sea voyage in oak casks from France to the New World. The rolling of the sea, and temperature variations worked with air pressure and weather changes to round off the spirit in a beautifully complex way.

To replicate that voyage, we send our cognac on its own journey in oak barrels around the world for 3 months at sea before returning to France for bottling.
