Manufacturer's Notes: We're obsessed with flavor... After distilling rich molasses, we infuse and redistill California-inspired botanical to bring you an American Amaro ideal with soda or wine and for cocktails. Why Organic? We made regular spirits when we started. Then a few of our farmers switched to organic in 2007 and we saw a huge spike in flavor. We switched to all-organic ingredients the next year.
