Manufacturer's Notes: Some tequilas offer deep flavor but extract a burn. Others taste smooth yet lack flavor. we made IXA so you wouldn't have to compromise. We did it by fusing old tequila making practices that produce immense flavor and aroma with mordern wine making techniques that create a velvety finish. we then rest IXA in oak casks until the spirit strikes the perfect balance between fruit and wood. Sip it neat or shake it with a few simple ingredients for cocktails that will taste anything but simple.
