Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Triple Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Manufacturer's Notes: After numerous releases of Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Triple Cask release, the team wanted to share this cask strength edition of Triple Cask, right from the oak blending vats (foeders). This treat is often only ever enjoyed by the team and I, Doc Swinson's Master Blender. We hope you enjoy it too!

A blend of two bourbons aged for a minimum of 5 years then finished in Cognac, Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks for an additional year. Each cask is hand selected for balance and married together in large oak vats called foeders. This harmonious whiskey exudes notes of stone fruits, oak, vanilla, roasted nuts and citrus peel.
