After 15 years of aging in oak barrels in tropical Martinique at Habitation Clement, Clement 15 Year aged rum has become a rare and precious delight. A treasured rum, this nectar has acquired a deep and rich flavor profile, intense and extremely well-integrated. Color: Mahogany Brown Nose: Very expressive aromas reveal a variety of bittersweet chocolate and mocha alongside notes of apple pie and fig jam, while there is a secondary character of fresh cut fine wood on the back of the palate. Mouthfeel: Very pungent revealing a well-rounded character punctuated by dried spices and roasted nuts. Finish: Intense and long with persisting sweet and delectable flavors that carry for several minutes.
