Manufacturer's Notes: At Casa Cantinela we have been producing Tequila at the "hacienda El Cantilena" on the outskirts of our town, Arandas, Jalisco, sine the company foundation in 1904. Today, we still hand harvest, distil and age our locally farmed agave using many of the same artisanal methods that have been lovingly passed down out family from one generation to the next. The modern day company of Casa Cantinela has a very rich heritage. Much of which is the result of a visionary man, Don Jose de Jesus Hernandez. His inspirational zeal for perfection has resulted in a range of distinctive tasting Tequila that are a renowned part of our extended family; "La Familia Centinela." Enjoy the taste -- Salud!
