Manufacturer's Notes: Agaves: We hand-select the finest 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay soil and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
Slow Cooking: Our agave pinas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours.
Proprietary Yeast: Our Master Distiller uses a special yeast blend resulting in a consistent, refined flavor.
Extra Slow Fermentation: Our unique flavor is a result of an 80 hour fermentation process. Another special feature of the fermentation process is the use of bagasse from our agave, which results in a deep, rich flavor, and produces a tequila that is smooth with no burn.
Rest: for 2 months. 
Aromas:Crisp and clean with hints of citrus, vanilla ,sweet agave bell peeper rise from the glass.
Palate: mild agave sweetness backed by lemon zest, ginger and white pepper sparks.
Finish: A candied lemon-peel note on the gentle exit
