El Tesoro de Don Felipe 85th Anniversario Tequila Extra Anejo 750ml

Manufacturer's Notes: Like most great partnerships, El Tesoro's 85th anniversary started off as a friendship. El Tesoro master distiller, Carlos Camarena, has known the Noes - Booker Noe, and his son Fred - for the better part of thirty years. He knew they shared a passion for making spirits the traditional way, bringing the knowledge of their predecessors, forged over generations, into a new batch.

For this special batch, a collection of oak barrels that held Booker's 30th anniversary bourbon for up to 16 years made its way down from Kentucky to La Altena Distillery, in Jalisco. Still rich with vanilla flavor loved by Fred Noes, the barrels held safe this Extra Anejo Tequila for at least 36 months, each tapped only when it was at the park of its maturity.
