Manufacturer's Notes: In 2009, Napa Valley experienced a cool spring with late bud break and bloom and a generally mild summer, ideal conditions for harvesting Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with fine aromatic, full, rich flavors and complex, ripe tannins. Aged 18 months in French Oak Barrels, 35% new, our 2009 cabernet sauvignon offers fragrant beautifully concentrated blackberry and black cherry aromas layered with notes of currant, plum and spicy oak. Rich and dense on the palate, its sumptuous black fruit flavors are framed by fine-grained tannins and a bold lingering finish.
