The result is a perfect balance of complexity and harmony, a truly Japanese spirit, named after the Akashi Meridianat 135 East longitude which runs past our distillery in Akashi city. This gin marks the centenary of the start of the Yonezawa family's history in distilling fine Japanese craft spirits.
