Product Description

Manufacturer's Notes: Take a sip of George Dickel and you'll know it must come from someplace pretty special, Cascade Hollow. Now there are two things that drew George here: friendly people and some of the finest ingredients to be found anywhere. If you come down for a visit, you'll find that not much has changed in the last century or so. On either count.

Crafted using methods derived from George's exacting standards, our Foundation No.1 Recipe begins with the finest grains and our legendary limestone water from Cascade Springs.

Every drop of No.1 is then finished with the signature Dickel "Chill Charcoal Mellowing" filtration process.

The end result is an amazingly smooth un-aged corn whiskey that George Dickel himself would declare "Mellow as Moonlight."

Back ni 1870, George Dickel had a dream. He'd produce the smoothest whisky around, and one cold winter, George did just that. He discovered that whisky made in the winter tasted smoother. Today we keep his tradition alive by chilling our whisky before we filter it through charcoal. We think it makes a fine whisky, and hope you might agree.
