TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Soft and spring-like with inviting notes of cut grass, chamomile, freshly brewed green tea, fresh hay and lemon grass with a hint of honeyed black tea.
PALATE: Bright, fresh and buttery with notes of warming ginger, malted black tea bringing a good tannic structure with slight honeycomb sweetness. Fragrant and sweet, the zesty notes of lemon peel, green tea and honey bring energy and softness in equal balance.
FINISH: Creamy and mellow with persistent notes of baked citrus fruit, biscuit, coconut with a hint of black tea tannin on the finish.
