The structure and complexity of Cabernet Sauvignon reaches a new crescendo when combined with jazzy ripe Shiraz exhibiting dark plums, sage and spice aromas. The wine ends with dizzying cascade of tightly woven aromas of dark ripe fruit, and a lingering of finely polished tannin.
